kid station & concierge near El pirates and Pecos bills is it open?

Last August there was a rest staton with a concierge dining desk (thats what they called it) nice air conditioning TV coloring and clean bathrooms- it was a trial family rest area forget what they called it but kids climbed into those bean bags and chilled out! It was great- anyone know if it is still there??
