Which "act" bothered you more, if at all?

I'm quite surprised that so many see nothing wrong with Janet and Justin's stunt, but wonder how many even took note of Kid Rock's desecration of the flag.

Thanks for voting.

Maybe it is because i have breasts but the Janet thing didn't bother me all that much and when i watched it i didnt think of assault or anything like that.

Kid Rock and the flag was disgraceful. I was watching with my boyfriend who was part of the military and he was furious about it. It was definitely a real flag and not fabric as well.

I must be accustomed to Kid Rock's antics. His wearing a flag didn't bother me as much as it probably should. No it was not proper for him to cut a hole for his neck and drape it over his shoulders, but for me to see it on him was no surprise. I don't think he did it to be disrespectful, but rather to show his patriotism.

The Justin/Janet incident probably would have bothered me less if it had happened on the MTV VMA's. It was not appropriate for a broadcast network during a primetime sporting event where families are watching....then again the exec's know that there is a multitute of male sports fans just waiting for something like that to happen live on tv. Maybe the half-time show needs to be moved to pay-per-view.

Neither bothered me. I agree with the above. I don't think Kid did it to be disrespectful at all. He was showing his patriotism. And the Janet/Justin thing - who cares.

Being in the military myself I found Kid Rock's display of the flag quite offensive. Many people wear camoflouge and the American flag as if it were some kind of fashion statement. I find my uniform to stand for pride and somewhat a symbol of this country. A flag is not meant to be worn, it beauty is to be seen flapping in the air as a statement of freedom.

I'm not offended at all by the Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake stunt, they have shown a lot worse on television during primtime. The television industry did not block out Lil Kim's breast when she wore the little things to cover up her nibblets and she was basically fully exposed.

Although the Justin/Janet performance may have been in poor taste, I thought the Kid Rock "display" of the flag was disgusting and incredibly offensive.

You should have had a fourth choice for both.

I thought about doing that, but I really wanted to see which one was viewed as more offensive. I think it would've been to easy to vote for both. Which one did you pick?

llebrekniT, you did not put both equal! That is how I feel. I did not like the show at all and both were in bad taste.

That would have been my vote, to be honest, the whole show was pretty bad. Who picked the songs anyway, CBS, or the artists???

You forgot to add Nelly holding his crotch during his number.

Neither one bothered me, although I thought the entire half-time was boring. Obviously, I don't listen to that kind of music. Now that I think about it, I don't remember a half-time that I have liked :).

Neither bothered me. You see more boob on a beach for goodness sakes! What did bother me was the entire halftime show. Who picks the artists and who did they think was watching? I am 42 and there wasn't one act on there that I liked. It seemed like it was marketed for a crowd that doesn't even watch the superbowl. If you noticed, the people in the stands were just kind of standing there looking dazed. No one was clapping or anything. The only ones that appeared to like the music were the kids brought in especially for the halftime show. The whole thing was boring.

Nelly grabbin' his package. Why do these guys think that's cool??? Wicked skanky!!

Sorry, must've missed that one. Probably hanging my head in disgust already at that point.

not to disrespect the military, by any means,,my wife just retired after 20 years...

but camoflouge, is hardly a symbol of our country....every other military in the world has it,, and hunters have worn it for years, also...

Nelly was just showing the crowd how he reaches the higher notes...

These performers are hardly paragons of society - what did y'all expect???
