Kickboxing workout DVDs???

Anyone know of a good one that is beginner to moderate or something flexible maybe???

We are really into these quickie 10 min ones on our local cable and I know DH enjoys those more than WATP. I have Tae Bo and maybe we will work up to that but last time we tried the basic it was too hard for us both. We were gasping for breath and couldn't quite keep up.

He enjoys this one girl on here she is evil as we call her but she pushes you to work hard. I'll have to listen closer for her name and look her up tomorrow. Tonight its too late its 11pm right now my time and I gotta be at work at 7am. So I must be going to sleep.

I have Walk Away the Pounds Walk & Kick. It has intervals of kick boxing with her standard walking routine. I really like it.

Do you still have a VCR? Because the first Tae-Bo Basic Tape (1998) is really, really good for beginners. That's how I started and you sound in much better shape than I was at that time! The more recent Tae-Bo basic tapes/dvds are much tougher.

You can still find this tape on ebay (often packaged with the other three tapes in the series) for cheap. I don't think it was ever re-released in dvd format. I initially borrowed it from my local library to see if I would like it.

One kickboxing dvd I tried and did not like was Kathy Smith's, but that may be because I find her voice sort of annoying.
