Khaki Slacks and a Sport Jacket

I'll preface this by saying that DH and I both read the DCL dress guidelines and still aren't sure about the answer to this:

Are men's khaki slacks and a sport jacket acceptable at both Palo and Remy? Or should he wear wool dress (i.e., suit) pants instead?

I don't own a suit. I wore khakis and a sport coat with a tie when we went to Remy.

Yep. No worries for either. If interested. You can also rent a tux or suit from the cruise line directly through third parties. JW
