Setting aside any rides you might get to do while on the tours, which is the better tour? Wife and I are looking to do a tour on our last day of an upcoming trip, so we'll have already done what we want to do by that point, so the attractions we might get to do aren't terribly important. Without any spoilers, what are they like? I see that BSM is quite a bit more, is it better?

Thoughts?

I think I like Keys a little better. You only spend time in MK but you actually get to go on attractions and see how they work. ON BSM, you dont actually enter EP or HS but go behind them. At EP we went behind the American Experience but none of the lands. At HS, we spent time in the costume
shop. Interesting but personally I wanted to see more about rides. BSM went to shops and textiles services and you will learn lots about laundry. Both see a MK parade and go in the tunnels. BSM does have a better lunch as it went to Whispering Canyon while Keys went to Harbor House

Overall depends what you want. BSM is more technical and Keys is more attractions. Also BSM did not require park admission while Keys does. You can do Keys in the AM and spend the mid afternoon evening at MK while you dont need a pass for BSM which is longer

I've done both tours. While I liked them both, I definitely preferred the KTTK tour.

Some parts of the Backstage Magic tour were quite interesting (I especially liked the costume shop), but I was kind of bored with some of the aspects of this tour (about a third of the tour was just so-so, in my opinion), and it made for a very long day. And it was very expensive! Lunch at Whispering Canyon was great, though.

The KTTK tour was great, packed with all kinds of interesting facts and tidbits of info. We were lucky enough to have the best tour guide ever, Matthew, who was charming, funny and sweet.
