I took the tour 4 years ago ... I was with a larger group of friends that all took it together. we had a great guide & it was really fun. I don't seem to remember the utilidors being the be all, end all, thrill of all time ... but they were interesting, no doubt. I enjoyed other aspects of the tour more.
my son and husband took the tour a few months ago. I believe their experience was similar. they loved their guide. a side note to their tour -- there was a cast member (parade performer) in the group. when our family was at the MNSSHP later that evening, she saw our DS in the crowd & came over and called him by name. How on earth she spotted him, knew that it was him, and called him by name ... I'll never know. It was most impressive.
let's just say that DS17 was quite flustered by it all.

It was a neat experience though, having her name called out by a character during the middle of a parade with the Fairy Godmother acting so excited, like she and my GD were friends. My GD kept saying 'she remembered me, she remembered me, how did she remember me?'
