How far in advance is it recommended to make reservations for the tour, we are going the first week in Oct. Once you've paid for the tour, is there any cancellation policy? We would really like to do it, but wondered if you would lose part or all of your payment if you cancel.

We are doing the KTTK tour in mid-June. I booked the tour about 1 month ago and I had my pick of times that day (8:30,9,or 9:30am). As for the cancellation policy, your CC is charged when you make the reservation, but you have up to 48 hours before the tour to cancel for a full refund. If you are definitely interested in taking the tour I would schedule it as soon as you can so you get the time and day you would like. You can always cancel later on.

i would highly suggest you book ASAP. I believe the cancellation policy is 48 hrs or so. Don't cancel though...it is worth it.

If you have a Disney Visa, most of the tours are 20% off right now. When I booked a tour for my hubby they did charge the card right away, but we can cancel up to 48 hours before for a refund.

We booked like tow days before but I would highly suggest booking in advance. It was great and I would highly recommend it.

I booked the tour during a visit, a day or so before. Had no problem doing so. Thogut it was well worth it!
