Key West to Old Key West Day 11
Wednesday 21st November
We had an alarm call at 7:10 to remind us of our Starwood Vacation Ownership update meeting at 8:15.
We were given $60.00 to attend, we should have known better, but we went along with it as we didnt have much planned for today anyway.
Basically they were trying to sell us their own version of our RCI membership and charge us $7K for the privilege. It was outrageously expensive with very little benefit over what we already have.
The breakfast was absolute rubbish and a total waste of time. We wouldnt be attending anymore updates in the future.
We drove down to the actual town of Kissimmee and had a mooch around the antique shops and bought an old number plate to go on our wall at home.

Next up was lunch, we were going to go to IHOP but they were ridiculously busy so we decided on Dennys instead.
Dennys were running a promotion on The Hobbit as the film was on release the next month.
Theresa had the Lord of The Rings Shake and the loaded baked Potato soup with Texas toast followed by Pumpkin Pie while I had the meat-lovers omelette followed by pecan pie. The food was all lovely and the bill only came to $24 + tip.

From here we drove up the Orange Blossom Trail to The Guitar Centre and got some strings and patch leads for Callum.
After this we headed to Sand Lake road as my friend Matt, the one that dropped us off at the airport, had requested we look out for some underpants for him!
He is a size 5XL and was getting fed up of having to go commando!
We were able to find him some in Casual XL and they even had several designs to choose from.
We called into Michaels to pick up a sales flyer for the Black Friday sale and they had card stock at $1 for 6 so Theresa couldnt resist that bargain and stocked up.
We noticed the roads were getting very busy with people coming into town for Thanksgiving so we went to the Sheraton and checked out the sales offers on the internet ready for Black Friday.
In the evening we went to Bob Evans for dinner, Tee had chicken pot pie and I had a sausage casserole in a biscuit bowl. They were both very nice.

As Debs would say "a mess on a plate" but delicious
Theresa also had a candy cane hot chocolate which was so nice she ordered another one.

On the way home we popped into Walmart. You know we cant resist Walmart. We managed to get some food items to take home, including Theresas favourite cinnamon roll pop tarts.
