Heres the Key West plan - do you think its doable or no?
Aquarium w/DS - stay till 3pm shark feeding
Then I was thinking of bringing him to the Lab before DH & I go back out to the bars
Wanted to stop at (either bar or shops): Margaritaville, Hard Rock Cafe, Fat Tuesday, Sloppy Joe's and Hogs Breath

How do we fit in our 6pm dinner if its AP? Is it easy enough to head back to the ship a 2nd time? Then head out to Sloppy Joe's and Hogs Breath after dinner?
Thinking if we're assigned the other restaurants we could just get something when we bring DS back to the ship at 3pm and skip the rotation dining.

Now to make it more complicated- any chance we can fit in the sunset celebration?

lol - ya do know its only 815am and we're already talking about having too much to drink!
gonna be a fun cruise!

Barb~ I saw you posted this on another thread about Mallory Sq. atmosphere.

Sunset celebration is a street fair atmosphere daily in KW. Since it's an "Artsy" community, you can expect to see a bit of everything peoplewise down there~ some can be quite outrageous... It's not as nuts as Mardi Gras though. Street entertainers are on hand ~ Jugglers, musicians, etc... It's fun!

I've never been there when a cruise ship is in Port. The rowdiness of the crowd usually depends on how much & how long the masses have been drinking that day...

Which leads us back to your first question....

I don't think "Margaritaville, Hard Rock Cafe, Fat Tuesday, Sloppy Joe's and Hogs Breath" is exactly health food.......... with your concerns over the menus' on the magic remember that bar food is loaded with salt (as are margaritas) and booze is full of calories... myself I could care less and drink and eat what I want on vacation but if it is a concern of yours you may want to change your plans some.

Yes I know Ann - I can see me setting myself up for disaster here if I dont watch it - wondering which is the best bar/s for a drink or 2 and which is better for shopping - thinking also maybe a lite beer instead of the margaritas
And hopefully we can eat onboard ship before going to the bars or in btwn
I am taking my lowfat/lowsalt "diet" into consideration - thanks for watching out for me
