Key to the World Card

We recently stayed at VB and HHI. At neither resort did my KTTW card show I was a member. At VB, I noticed it and they put a sticker on my card; at HHI, I didn't notice, but it didn't cause a problen with dvd rental.

Anyone else have this issue?

KTTW cards no longer show "DVC Member" most of the time. Always good to keep your Blue DVC Member Card with you.

The KTTW at WDW now has something like DVC room on the back side of the card. You need your blue member card now. And you'll have to be aware of the discounts. You won't get them automatically now.

I wonder if that is due to the high number of member requests?

The software upgrade that Disney recently completed didn't take into account that DVC Members are different than cash paying guests. Due to the changes, there are times when "DVC Member" may not get printed on your KTTW card.

We have had stays where my card did not have the printing but the rest of our party did. During our stay last week, the DDP wasn't printed on our cards even though we were on the plan. This causes a lot of confusion when you are trying to pay your restaurant tab.
