I just read a review of The Wave on another website (sorry!) and they said that their server told them they are going to put "sheer" curtains between the bar and dining room. Now, "sheer" might not really fix the problem you're describing, but maybe????
Also, who was your server? We ate at Concourse on the night they closed and our server, Xia from Beijing was FABULOUS! We asked her if she's going to the new restaurant and she said she was and even shared the menu and showed us their "prep" chart for food, complete with pictures! We liked the Concourse and are disappointed we didn't try it sooner!
But The Wave sounded yummy! Maybe we'll try it soon!
