I'm just catching up on podcasts. I was listening to the 12/25 email show and had to LOL when you mentioned the Tomato Stack having less cheese and a higher price. It doesn't have ANY mozzerella cheese! 
This was our first visit to LeCellier, but I've heard you mention it several times and compare it to other restaurants. When DH had it over Thanksgiving week, it was a slice of beefsteak tomato topped with tomato salsa. No "stack" of tomatoes and cheese like he was expecting.
I just checked out the menu on wdwinfo and it says "sprinkle of gorgonzola cheese" - well, if it's in there - you have to LOOK for it!
DH said it's really just a tomato salad.
