Brutal. I'd have been super pissed. I feel so bad for Kevin's parents, and also Kevin for the experience they had. Thankfully his mom hasn't sworn off cruising forever.

Please keep us updated on Disney's response.
 
We will all make it better on the podcast cruise!
 
Oooh, I've been saving the podcast for my run on Saturday, and I haven't heard about it yet. I hope it wasn't too bad.
 
I completely agree.

I would have been upset for myself but more so for my parents if I had convinced them to finally come on a trip with me, and they didn't have a good experience. :headache:

I think everyone on that cruise should be given some type of reimbursement. There's another thread on the Cruise board by a poster named WDWKevin and he has pictures of the pools, etc. It was not pretty!

Disney really ought to be very embarrassed by this poor treatment of their guests. Do you think they know when they have travel agents on board??

Not strictly related to the original post, but I have a better question. Given the number of people on any given cruise and the relative popularity of DCL, is there EVER a cruise that does not have at least one travel agent on board? I'm thinking it's very rare.
