Kevin,

Have you done a review of Teppan Edo? I think remember something about Beni Hana in one of the podcasts but I don’t recall Teppan Edo (my memory is awful so I just might have missed it). My wife is Japanese and we were able to meet her entire family at WDW in August of 07. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment at that time. I was just wondering if you or anyone else had an opportunity to visit the restaurant since the referb.

He did, and lets just say it was not very good. As a matter of fact I think he even did a follow up and if I remember correctly that was pretty bad as well. I will see if I can find it for you.

Thanks for the Info...

These types of restaurants are always hit and miss. Most of them are not really Japanese and are often more "show" than substance. I lived in Japan for a while and never once saw a chef make a volcano out of onion rings . It's really hard to find a good Teppanyaki restaurant here in the states but I’m sure they do exist.
