I see that QVC has the B70 today. It is the "fancy" one. With tax and shipping it is $160.

Is it worth $80 dollars extra (when you add tax and shipping) over the B30 or B40?

It would probably just be used 1 time a day by one person. When I have company, it would get used a few times.

I can't speak from experience, but I personally am asking for the B40 for xmas (89.95 shipped amazon and newegg). I'm like you - one (maybe two if DH is home) cups a day. I don't need lots of size choices, I make ice tea in a pitcher (so don't need that setting) and 48 oz reservoir will be plenty. I don't want the mini brewer, because you have to put each cup of water in. Kinda pita, in my opinion, and it's only ten dollars cheaper.

To the OP -- are you referring to the personal machine? If so, I have not ready very good reviews on it -- especially at QVC -- so that's why I ordered TSV today.

Of course, you may feel differently. I do think it's worth the price to upgrade to the machine with more bells and whistles. I'm not a huge coffee drinker myself, so when I do have coffee, I like it to be a great cup of coffee.

Hubby and I do not like the same types of coffee, so it is ridulous for me to brew an entire pot when I'd end up dumping two-thirds of it down the drain.

And I like the 5 easy pay options from QVC.

Obviously, some sporadic thoughts on my part. :lmao:

Just ordered mine too...I'm actually hoping this cuts down on my caffeine consumption. It will limit the cup size/portion and I like the face that I can also use my own coffee as well. Plus this is one of the only models that brews a 12 oz cup.

Do not waste the extra money getting the "fancy" one. All of the brewers have at least 2 buttons for size of cup. You can use them to make a larger cup for yourself. For example, every cup I make for myself is a small, and then a large cup going through the same K-cup. 2 smalls would be a different size as well. What I'm getting at is, your getting the same coffee from all the machines, there is no reason to waste the xtra money, but get the machine for sure. I love mine, I've had it for 5 years and have a brand new one in the basement in case this one goes. I could never be without it. My company loves it too! Also, for those of you that have the machine already. Try your local water or coffee companies for K-cups. Right now I'm paying $9.99 for a box of 24, Green Mountain, Timothys, Gloria Jeans and others. Even in Bed, Bath & Beyond with the 20% off, the boxes are only 18 cups and its still not a better deal than I'm getting.

Thanks for this info! It's very helpful! :)

We have the medium sized machine, the B60. I think that is a good compromise between prize and functionality. 3 cup sizes, large water reservoir and temp control with LED screen. You can get it for about $100 bucks most places, I know Costcos adn Sams have that one with a large Kcup assortment. I think with the shipping and stuff, the QVC model isn't as good of a deal, and doesn't really add a lot of features over the lower models.
