We have a reservation at RPR the end of October and it is our first trip! I read in the RPR sticky that all rooms have Keurigs in them. How many k-cups are provided of regular and decaf daily per room? We are big coffee drinkers and I was thinking about bringing an extra box of k-cups for the trip. Are the cups standard size?

Bring the extra box. They generally provide a caffeinated one or two, a decaf one or two, and a tea. NOT ENOUGH. And if you ask for more (they might figure out how to give you all caff and no decaf, but housekeeping can be difficult...we're at a Hyatt right now where they gave us FIVE decafs yesterday and NO caffs) they'll charge you.

Bring your own.

Didn't know there was anything but the normal sized kcup.

We asked housekeeping for all proper coffee during our stays, no decaf or tea for us when we're there....and never been a problem, they've always been happy to oblige.

We don't drink that much of it in the room, but when we do we like the real stuff.

But, if you drink an awful lot of coffee definitely bring your own extra ones.

We are definatly bringing our own k-cups. We have club level where we can go get coffee but not having been before, don't know what the coffee is like in the club lounge. I only like the k-cups I use at home. Nothing like being able to make your cup when you want it. :coffee:

Ah. They always tell me they'll charge for more than what they would give.

It also requires having housekeeping, and we don't always do that.

Starbucks brewed coffee. I'm not generally the hugest fan of that but club level does it well.

Good to know that it's Starbucks. Thanks bumbershoot. I don't mind Starbucks, as long as it's not super strong.

If you don`t use housekeeping maybe star services.....that`s who we called to arrange no decaf or green tea........they arranged with housekeeping to leave them. So, even if you don't want your room attended to they can do that. We have never been charged for having all regular coffee......no extra, just the same amount of pods they would usually leave.

We didn't need it refilled ever day, or even every other day though as we generally had coffee from Club Lounge........maybe that's why we`ve never been charged extra........

Coffee from Club Lounge is gorgeous.........I like Starbucks because it`s not too strong........I like mild coffee :)
