I know you don't get tea & coffee but is there a kettle in the room? I know when we went to the Cheyenne there was a kettle and it's silly as we've stayed in the SL before plenty of times but I just can't remember whether we had one
From what I can work out kettles are a bit hit and miss at all the hotels. I think you can most definitely request one to be brought to the room, but I don't think they're actually standard anywhere
Great thanks I think that's why i'm having trouble remembering as I know we had one a few years ago but then DH says he can't remember having one last year. Oh well guess I'll dig out the travel kettle, I hate not having a cup of tea (and proper tea at that) first thing in the morning
Not sure if it is the same as at the NBC but last week we didn't take our travel kettle with us as previously we had had a kettle in the room and this time there wasn't one. Asking at reception however one was very soon sent up with no deposit asked for. We left it in the room so presumably the next people in will find it there. As Ms Poppins says, very hit and miss.
