Kermit DISign - Tink & Others added 12/2

Someone else made something like this for 2006. However, they aren't designing any more. I really like Kermit. I couldn't find Mickey paper that was green. However I lightened up the Green Chamo Mickey Head made by Pat http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1363902&page=178 and then made it bigger so it could be background, then I cropped it. This only took me about an hour . Then I made kermit a gif, another hour and a half. (You can tell this designing is just second nature to me. ). Then I played around with the frame, finding the color and design that I wanted. Another half hour. Then I had to play around with the text to get the right colors and the right font, another hour. & now it's done. I plan on making a Pooh one for my niece later on this weekend. Anyone is welcome to this, however I am not good enough to make changes to different characters unless you want the exact same everything (frame, color, font) and just want a different gif added. Or if you have Photo Impact and you want the UFO file, I can send it to you.

Thank you. I had fun making them. I have mastered most that I wanted to master in Photo Impact. Now I need to work on PS Elements 6. I want to make a picture relected in the "globe" of Mickey's head. I am determined to learn how to do this as the person who used to do it isn't on the boards any more. I fugure since I have all the shirts I need for now, I will work on it after Feb's trip. thanks for the feedback. Penny

This is what I am trying to do. Someone (I think J&N's Mom) but I don't remember, did these spheres for all the parks and Resorts. I took the one and made the tshirt design above. Now that I own at AKL and will be staying at the DVC resorts, I wanted to make them for the places I am staying. Amy Mickey made them, but they don't have the sphere like reflection. However, I will master that this year.

I know, they are beautiful & I would love to know how to do them. DH said he saw an explanation in one of his photography books, but can't remember where he saw it now. LOL. If you figure it out, let me know. take care, P

I figured out how to do it in Paint Shop Pro, but don't know anything about PI or PE.
