We are planning on touring KSC in the next 3 weeks. Ive heard that the bus tours have been cancelled. Any idea if they are reopening soon?

The visitor's complex contiunes to be closed today. Based on the high levels of security at NASA, the air station and Patrick's Air Force Base, it's difficult to determine at this time what measures will be in place three weeks from now.

It's hard to say what will happen in 3 weeks. I would try to make an alternate plan for the day.

I want to know about this too. We leave in 2 weeks and already bought our KSC tickets on-line from www.floridaorlandotickets.com.

As it stands now, the Visitor's Complex is still closed through today. They say they will make further announcement about when the Complex will reopen. I do not expect it to be open this weekend since they are cancelling its salute to Brevard County residents, which was to take place this weekend.

HOW FAR IS IT AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRIVE TO KENNEDY SPACE CENTER FROM ORLANDO? hOW FAR TO DAYTONE?

KSC is about 50 minutes' drive from International Drive, and about an hour from Disney along the Beeline Expressway (528). Daytona takes about an hour to 75 minutes straight along I4 east.
