Ken & Daria Dolan fans?

I was listening to "Straight Talk on Your Money" with Ken & Daria Dolan yesterday on the radio and they were going to give a formula about how you can tell whether you should refinace your current mortgage or not.... but I missed it!!

Did anyone happen to listen to that & write it down? Or know a formula? or even the website of Ken & Daria. I tried to find an official website for the Dolans, but I could only find radio affiliates... not a direct website. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
