keeping our stuff "safe"

Hi all,
I remember seeing a thread about this recently, but now I can't find it...

When we are at CC or other places....pools, etc. how do we keep our KTTW and other stuff safe. Am I too paranoid?

Just bring a bag that you can distinguish as yours, don't be paranoid, just leave the stuff on your seat and relax, our stuff never got touched. You could wear the lanyard and keep your KTWC around your neck though.

We brought a bag that zipped and had a strap. We would unclip one end of the strap from the bag and then wrap it around the leg of the lounge chair we were using. It made DW and myself at least feel better even if it wasn't necessary.

I bought dry boxes for each one in my family, we each have our own color. The dry boxes are small, very slim, and can only fit a couple of credit card-sized items and some cash. We'll be wearing them around our necks at all times during ports. Our KTTW cards will be safe and dry!

Our bigger items/bags will just be put on our chairs, I guess. We've never cruise before, so we'll be keeping our fingers crossed a lot that nothing gets stolen.

You can buy them on the ship, and they are DCL colors with the DCL logo. The DIS shop sells them in lime green with the DIS logo.

This is a dry box. So cute! I just did a web search on "dry box" and looked around until I found this kind. Only costs about $6 each and comes in different colors. My kids can't wait to use them, to keep their KTTW card and their arcade cards in it.

Just don't keep the two next to each other or they will get demagnatized!

Dry boxes work great to keep your things safe and with you at all times. you can also get larger ones that will fit more ...but you really don't need that much space for you KTTW card, id...and maybe a cc or a little cash (when your off the ship)...and remember they do have dry boxes on the ship for sale....price wise they are about the same as you can get at a store around home....so if your looking for a DCL souviners...a dry box could be one.
If I remember they had red and blue ones...and maybe yellow.
