we are going to pop century april 2007 and want to know if it is expensive to hire a fridge for 2 weeks that we are there or is ther anything else that we can use to keep stuff cold in our rooms thanks

quite a few folks buy a cheap polystyrene cool box from Walmart or similar supermarket and fill it with ice to keep things cool - cheaper than renting a fridge

This is a brilliant idea - we did it this year at the HRH. The box was really cheap something like $2 but fitted 6 small bottles of water and 6 cartons of fruit juice in.

It's about $10 a day to hire a fridge, so we bought a nice cool box (about $15) and it held about 10 bottles of water and we would just fill it with ice from the machines everyday. We also had a small cool bag ($5) that we kept in the car, so when we returned to the car, the drinks were still nice and cold
