I tell you guys you have to keep trying. When I called early this am I was told no for GF Dec 4-13. Called back for my mom Dec 8-12 and they said yes available. Called back for me and got the discount 6-13th only but I will take it. Called for my mother in law and got 5-8th. So called back again for me for the 5th and they said yes now. But he told me on the phone not to call back for the 4th because if it is not in the system now it won't be. He said that if someone cancels an AP rate then it does not go back into the AP rate rooms that are available, it goes back to rack rate. But I asked him how do you explain that the 5th is now available and this morning it was not, he said that it had to be this morning the CM must not know how to book it. Well there you go, I guess this does prove that persistance pays off. So now I have all but one of my 9 nights discounted, it may of taken all day and a lot of calls but worth it. SO my point is if you did not get want you wanted try and try again.
