DH asked me to see of I could get us somewhere else to eat other than HDDR on Sept. 16. HDDR was more what I wanted do, and he just wasn't really thilled with it, especially as when I made our ressies months ago we could only get the last seating.
I wasn't sure what I could get so close to our date during free dining, but I was able to get Jiko at 7:20! (I also could have gotten Kona at 9, and there were several openings for Yachtsman as well.)
So if you need ressies or want to change ADRs call--you may be pleasantly surprised. Of course it was easier for us as there are only 2 in our party and as won't have kidlets with us we could be flexible with our time.
