Right now for one of my MK days I have:
Ohana breakfast at 8:45am
Crystal Palace Dinner at 4:55pm

This will most likely be a Halloween Party Night. If I keep these ADRs as is im afraid my kids won't make it to the party. It'll be a long day at MK.

Do you think we have time to go to MK after Ohana go on a few rides, go back to rest up at resort (AoA) to do dinner and Halloween Party?

I would probably skip breakfast or just go back to the resort right after breakfast. You could go to the park right after breakfast for a bit, but it always seems to take sooooo long leave, go back to the resort, rest and then get ready to leave to get back to the park for dinner.
Could you change 'Ohana to maybe a different day?

Yes I think I might do that. Can I do Ohana on my Epcot Day? Is it a pain to get to Epcot from Poly?

It's pretty easy as long as you don't mind a 5-10 min walk. Walk over to the TTC and catch the monorail. If it's a modified schedule day (currently Tues) then you have to catch a bus from the TTC.

Easiest way to get from Epcot to 'Ohana is to take the Epcot resort to Ticket & Transportation Center and then walk over to Polynesian (5-10 minute walk) or take the resort monorail from Ticket & Transportation. Not difficult at all, other than you have to go to the entrance of Epcot to catch the monorail.

And on edit I see you are going from Poly to Epcot, so just reverse this (or see the post above mine).

You can get into MK at 4PM for MNSSHP. What we usually do is have a large late lunch at a monorail hotel, then have a quick service meal during the first parade. We usually go to Kona cafe, but there are many options.

Is walking the only way to get to the TTC from Poly? I don't mind if it's nice but let's say it's pouring out....are there other ways like bus or monorail?
