keep ressie at ASM or try Priceline

Hello

I have a ressie at the All-Stars for Feb 1 ($55/night) I keep hearing about these great rates on Priceline. Do you think I can find something in the 3* or 4* range less than $55/night. There are 4 of us in our party (2 adults, 2 kids ages 2 & 3) my sister is worried about enough space for all of us (we've heard the AS has small rooms) we are planning on visiting 2 parks only.

I wouldn't rely on the limited, scheduled shuttle bus service offered by offsite hotels. Unless you have an AP your Disney parking fee will probably wipe out your savings. In your case I don't think you'll save any money with PL (parking, priceline fees and possible resort fees).

Thats a REALLY GREAT Price for All Stars!! All Stars rooms are about the size of a motel 6 hotel rooms. If you have been comfortable in that type of room you will be fine at All Stars.
And with children as young as yours you should be fine. With 12 to 18 year olds it would be crowded!!

With Priceline you have to prepay for your room and if you get a room thats bad,there will be no way to change hotels.

Your chose! But with little ones I would stay on property.

I have to agree....$55 is a great rate and the sheer convenience of using Disney transportation would make it worth it even at $20 more per night, in my opinion. The kids will love the theming. You'll be able to pop back to the room for a nap, if needed, without too much trouble. Having stayed off site just once to try to save a few $$, I will never do it again. The hassle factor is just too high. Have a truly magical vacation and stay onsite where you, too, can relax!

I would NEVER sacrifice that great rate for a possible Price Line deal. Keep it!!! I can't imagine you'd ever get anything cheaper. Great deal!!!

I was just wondering maybe when I visit again in November (adults only) we will try priceline (maybe we'll get the Dolphin or Swan)
