Oh I'm just crying.... then I read it to my husband, and he's crying too.

From what we experienced with the TMs at Universal, I'm not surprised at how great Katie the prefect was...

And I hope Joe went to guest services, or whatever it was that that office was called, and put in a "thank you" for her! (we did, for a TM at Ripsaw Falls, and got a letter thanking us for our thank you)
