Kathy and Rick's 2005 Trip

I agree with you that I need to go at least once a year to help me deal with my job. :) I enjoyed the website and the pictures. I am glad that the cold did not get the best of Rick until the last day. Glad you both had a wonderful trip! :earsboy:

OK, I'm going to have to just give in and admit, I too need to go once a year!!

BTW, when was the dates of your trip in 2005? That one picture of the castle (MK) during wishes, it looked crowded!!

Thanks for sharing! :wizard:

Thanks,
I got up early this am and ended up reading all of your trip reports and looking at all of your pictures. As a middle-aged woman who goes with her middle-aged husband and no kids, I eagerly read your experiences. Am looking forward to my own in Sept. Congrats on the library award (see I did read it all!).

Many thanks for such a lovely report. I didn't know you could ride those wheelie things, that is something different to do.

We love going in February, ideal weather/temperature/crowds. Unfortunately, this year forced to go in July due to kids doing their exams not looking forward to the heat/humidity/crowds.

We not only had a wonderful trip, we've already booked for next President's Week at the BCV. Glad you liked the report!

We were there Feb. 20-25th - President's Week - and that night was Extra Magic Hours at the MK. They were open until midnight, so with the EMH, they closed at 3 AM! As I mentioned in my report, it was so crowded when we arrived (during the 9 PM Spectromagic parade), that you couldn't move in OR out of the park until the parade was over. I've NEVER seen it so crowded. By the time Wishes started, though, it wasn't bad at all.

You even read the non-WDW stuff, too. Thanks! :goodvibes

Thanks, Wicket. Yes, "those wheelie things" are so much fun! Anyone 16 or over can book a Segway tour.
