Kashi good friends?

When I did WW years ago, Kashi Good Friends cereal was only zero points for a serving because it had so much fiber in it. On the points finder now, it only goes up to 4 grams of fiber. May sound like a strange question, but does anyone know if this is still considered zero points or since the finder only goes up to 4 grams, does it mean that I have to count it as 3 points now?
If anyone knows, please let me know because I was hoping to snack on this often if it was zero points.

Thanks a lot,
Kim

WW's changed the fibre rule because people were eating large amounts of foods that were coming out as 0 (like the cereal). Because there are calories in the cereal, you will gain weight. They capped the fiber so that you still get some benefit, but it doesn't make it a free food. Some people stuck to the same program as before and still count the higher fiber. I cap at 5, since my Palm Pilot lets me.

What is the Kashi Good Friends Cereal like? I eat Kashi GoLean every day (10 g Fiber, 9 g Protein, 1 g Fat) and love it. Just wondering if Good Friends would be another good one to try! Let me know if you have a chance. Thanks!

Hi. It definitely is not as good as the other cereals. I only liked it because it used to be zero points and has 12 grams of fiber. Now that I know it's not zero points anymore, I may try the tastier cereals!! I have tried the other Kashi cereals and they are definitely better tasting.
