I was so excited to see the release of the Disney themed Pops! In April my aunt was buying artwork at the Wyland Gallery in the Poly and I happened to spot (and fall in love with) Kameleon. It's such a fun jewelry line and I now own one too many pieces and Pops! Looks like the collection will be growing bigger..

oh, no. I shouldn't have looked at this thread. I went to Disneystore.com and ordered the necklace and one pop. Then I went to eBay and got a ring, pendant, and a pop.

They're so addicting! After recording the segment on the show, I went straight to Wyland and bought a bracelet and another Pop.

What Pops do you guys have? I have Hawaiian Fizz, Is it Blue or Green?, Purple Fizz, and the Faith Karma Pop.

The Disney Store is having a 25% off sale. I picked up a couple of the Disney jewelpops. I have to stop saving money now.

Oh geez, I've totally been there. I call this the "AP/DVC/TiW/Disney Visa savings fallacy", in which I convince myself that I absolutely must spend money on things because there's a discount.

I haven't bought any pops or pendants yet, but I do have some ideas on what I would like to buy. For pendants, I am looking at the tear drop or the crystal swirl. It all depends on the size of them. For pops I know I want to buy the letter A and the Chocolate Beach, fruit cocktail, and kameleon swirl. I want to start my collection before I get to WDW so I only need to buy a pop or two while there.

I haven't bought any yet. But I am considering a concentric circle pendant or a double swirl. Also I saw several pops I like including a nice one that supports the fight against breast cancer.

After listening to the podcast, I went to the Kameleon website and fell in love with everything! I'm ashamed to say how much I ordered! Now I'm going crazy for it to be delivered!

Quick question Nikki. Do they allow to use annual passholder discount with these in the Gallery stores?

Unfortunately no because Wyland is a privately owned shop. They also don't allow the use of Disney gift cards.

If you buy a Disney piece though (pops or even the regular settings for Kameleon - they have some behind the counter, just ask) at a store that has an AP discount, you'll get it. You can then also use a Disney gift card.

I thought I saw these at the Something Silver store at DLR DTD. I get a 10% discount there with my AP. Not sure if they carry them at the WDW DTD store?

Something Silver is not a licensed dealer for Kameleon Jewelry at this time. You may have seen something similar.

I just checked out the Something Silver website, and they do carry Kameleon. I saw it in the store, and decided I "wasn't going to go there", and didn't look real close.
Well, now I've "went there", hopefully I can keep it under control. And maybe I can get an AP discount, unless it's excluded.

Oh interesting! They're not listed as a dealer in my information from Kameleon. Perhaps this is new? Especially being that there's a SS in WDW? Ty for letting us know.

As far as the discount goes, SS in WDW doesn't offer an AP discount. It doesn't hurt to try though.

ETA: Something Silver tends to sell items that are locally designed. Because Kameleon is primarily sold on the East Coast, part of me can see it being sold at the SS in WDW's DTD. However, I was told by an employee at Wyland Galleries that they have the contract to sell the line, so this might not happen.

I'll be at SS in DL's DTD this weekend and will take a look to see if they have Kameleon. I know for a fact that the one in WDW does not as of right now.
