Kali River Rapids - down in March? For how long?

Just got an email notification that KRR will be down on 3/2/16 when we had already made our FP+ selection and we were substituted Dinosaur instead. Does anyone know how long it will be down? (i.e. should we rearrange our park plans to try to get KRR another day?) And if we don't, what other FP+ do you recommend for AK - is dinosaur worth it? We have Kilimanjaro Safaris and Everest already. Thanks!

ETA: Allears.net says KRR is closed Jan 4- Feb 18 only... ?

It was extended to March 18th. I changed ours to dinosaur after finding out, bc w an 11 year old boy and 7 year old boy it was my next best option (we have Everest and safaris already as well)

If the 4 yr old isn't scared of things jumping out, dark places and a whip-snapping type ride then he'll be fine. I know my DD would've died riding that back in the day. It can be scary!

Oh great! What else can I FP for him? We've fast passes for almost everything, I think. But it's our first trip so what do I know.
