Who has experience with this management company? Care to share, good bad otherwise. We are considering renting a home from a property owner who uses this company and looking for feedback. Thanks!

We stayed in a home in Grand Reserve that was managed by K & W. We had no problems with them. Had to call on a couple of occasions about using the phone and some other minor thing and they were very nice and responsive. You're talking to a fellow maritimer from Nova Scotia.
