Inoticed on the bottom of my statement it said now charging $1.00 to send statements its not a lot but adds up if several companies charge . I use my debit card as it irked me.

Makes sense to me. Many people and companies are changing to digital formats. Paper costs more money, so they will charge those who insist on keeping theirs that way.

I would expect to see it more and more.

That's ridiculous. For as high as the interest charges are, we should be able to get a bill in the mail without being charged for it. Not everyone banks online, and if they do it's a savings for the company and shouldn't be an expense for the customer who choses not to. I do not have a Justice credit card but most department store cards have high interest rates, I doubt it's a zero interest card where they aren't making money as it is.

Iam getting better at using a computer but not very good at it so i find it easier to do everything by mail . I have friends who dont know how to do computers its scary espicially for older people like my mum in Europe old world thank goodness she has my sister if she needs help. Iknow eventually we probably may not have post offices.:cool1::cool1:

Victoria's Secret sent me that letter last year. I haven't used my VS card since, but I do need to change it over to online. I do agree that it's not fair, not everyone is on computers still. But I do see their side as a time saver and a way to save paper and trees!
