We had made resevations this year in Sept.to go to Disney and i am wanting to know the places to go for A Teenager (14) & (11) Years of age and of course DH and myself ??? we want to not waste our time on doing things made for little ones.So my question is where do we go for the ages of our girls and ourselves???? All information if any i would love to have..Thanks.

there are things at each one of the parks for those age groups. Try Disney quest at DTD they should like that and there is shopping the also. Have fun and good luck!

You might want to check your local library for a disney book for teens or that has a section with info and recommendation for teens. There should be endless amounts of opportunities!

I haven't done it but my friend just loves doing high tea at GF. How about the hayride at FW? I did that once and it was really fun. The water parks are great. But it's Disney, so even the stuff that seems geared toward little ones is still fun for the kid in each of us:) Even the character meals are fun w/o little kids, just pick them around the food you like--breakfast at CP is just lovely--w/or w/o Pooh! The desserts at Chef Mickey's were amazing.
Oh! How about a tour??
Innoventions at Epcot will be neat for those ages, you can even try a Segway!
Have fun!!

I've never been one who's overly concerned with ages (I don't think about what a fourth grader would like compared to sixth grader for example, I think older kids versus younger kids), so I would just say to skip the character meals and leave it at that. My children are 17, 13, & 3.5, but even with a preschooler we don't do the character meals, and never really have (I originally wanted to do Akershus with my DDs on our last trip since 3-year-old loves princesses and my 13-year-old hasn't lost her obsession, but it didn't work out). Other than that, I wouldn't worry too much about the place, but more about the food.

Here's some of our favorites from last week:

FF
Shula's (our best meal)
Kimonos (great place to go after dinner)
Garden Grove
Fresh Med.
Teppan Edo

We didn't make it t0o far as my DD13 was sick, but Brown Derby, Coral Reef, Kona Cafe, Pucks, Citricos, Narccosses and Le Cellier have also been great in the past.

I say MGM will be a huge hit......
Downtown Disney is great.....

For sure Epcot...Future World will be great for your 11 and 14 year olds, the world showcase especially for the adults.

But ya know, disneygal2007 is right no matter where you go there is going to be something for everyone. I think Cirque de Soleil would be great for the family too.
