Just Wondering/Help

Okay, I've been sort of wondering about this and what other people do, so I'm asking you guys. Under your wedding dress, other than a crinolin and panties what type of bra, if any do you wear? I realize I will need something strapless, but I am a very small girl in the chest area (like 34B small). So what did everybody else wear? A strapless bra, nothing, corset, or something else I'm missing, any advice would be fantastic. Thanks!

I wore a corset under my dress to help push up/hold up my chest and suck in my waist. While it wasn't the most comfortable item to wear at first, after a while I didn't notice any discomfort. I bought it at Fredericks of Hollywood. As for the undies, I found a cute pair that said "Bride" at Frederick's.

I'm the same size as you and am wearing a corset that I got from David's Bridal. I was worried about wearing a strapless bra and me keep pushing it up. The corest definitely does the job, and it's not all that uncomfortable.

I was planning to wear a corset. I'm a 34D and have had 4 kids so my girls need some major liftage! I hope I can find one that does the job...

I have the same chest size as you. Rather than wear a bra, my seamstress sewed cups into my dress. I found them to be easier, and more comfortable.

My gown is one of the oleg cassini's from david's bridal. It has the corset built in so I won't have to wear one. Not sure what to do about the rest though.

the bodice of my dress had boning, so I just had cups sewn in. I am the same size as you.

If I had a different dress, I would have gotten the seamless microfiber longline bra that they sell at David's and Macy's. I wouldn't go with a regular strapless b/c it could work it's way down throughout the day/night...

I am a 38 DD, so no way will I be doing a strapless dress, but even with the style of my gown, I'll have to find a bra with the convertible straps...it seems none of them really do well for holding up the girls for me.

So, if anyone knows of a really supportive convertible bra, that'd be great!

I'll also be going with Spanx to hold in all the jiggly parts elsewhere and smoothing everything out!
