...to start my strength training! OMG! I am so out of shape. I've been doing Pilates pretty faithfully, and since I've become comfortable with them (thinking of getting the intermediate level), I decided to dust off my old strength training videos from after DS was born. Man did they kick my butt! I was doing them without too much trouble 6 months ago, but just haven't been into the whole hour long routine. The good news is that Pilates really works! I used to have the most trouble with abdominal work. That went pretty smoothly, but the leg/butt work about killed me. We are all suppposed to go to the gym tonight, but I'm not sure I'll be up for it. I still have 3 yards of mulch to spread and it's very cold and windy here. (hey, don't you burn more calories trying to stay warm? I'd better get out there while my adrenaline is still kickin'!
