While at a friends house, I saw his young brother had the film UP! on DVD, so I thought nothing else to do on a Sunday so il watch it!

Too be honest, Ive seen the characters in Disney, but never took much interest in them cause I didnt really know what they were, but I thought il give it a try!

All I can say is what a film! Its got the right blend of emotion and comedy and even got me a lump in my throat at one time! The last animation film I watched was The Incredibles a few years back and I wasnt overly impressed but this was great!

Deffinatley going to be looking out for the characters next time im in WDW!:rotfl:

I was another that wasn;t really fussed about seeing that film but I really loved it - and it made me cry at the beginning, I don't mind admitting.

Another cryer here :sad1: I agree - I think it's a fantastic movie.

To be honest, I cried for a lot of it - was just a really, really nice film :thumbsup2 Quite "grown up" too if you know what I mean...like with the regards to the topic of the film.

One of my all time faves :lovestruc

I love up:thumbsup2.....it's great having younger children because you have a great excuse....Just come back from Toy Story 3:thumbsup2:thumbsup2
..........we all cried

I loved UP too. It made me tear up aswell. ;)

Have you seen Wall.E Jordan?

I havent seen Wall E, I need to catch up on these films, not seen Toy Story 3 yet either.

Yeah it does have an adult theme from the film, I sorta took from it its hard to move on from something thats not with you anymore....but you need to to keep living....looking for the next adventure....if that makes sense! <--- That is a deep statement for the DIS boards and especially for me!!

I did get abit of a lump in my throat, but the comedy bits in it were enough to break it up!

I hadn't seen it either but it was showing on our cruise so I went to see it and loved it. I loved the short film (with the clouds making babies and the storks delivering them) before it as well. :thumbsup2

Oh gosh - that short was great too. That started me off:sad1: lol - there was no hope for dry eyes after that short. My housemates were so embarrassed in the cinema with me :lmao:

I think the "short" before toy story 3 is very good as well, a nice message ;)
