Just want to share my latest Garden Grocer expirience.... They get 2 thumbs up!

We placed an order. They sent an email to see how the order was. We ordered a 6 pack of individual sized orange juices and one of the boxes was empty. No big deal, I responded to the email told them we got the order and just stated one of the juice cartons was empty. Next thing I know I get an email that an order was delivered.... Checked with bell services, turns out they sent another package to replace the empty one.
We weren't going to worry about something so small but thought this was just excellent customer care/service
hope this helps anyone trying to decide if they should order from them or not
