Last year I had to call in to make ADRs if our party was more than 10 I think so this year we are 11 and I see you could make ADRs on line for up to 14 people, right?
I prefer to do all this on line, so much easier for me than calling.

I know someone on the WISH boards made a 20 person reservation at Boma for the night before the Wine & Dine half marathon and I'm pretty sure she just called the main number. They might have transfered her to the grand gathering people but either way that 20 person reservation was pretty easy to make.

Not true. I have always called the regular dining number to make reservations for a group of 11 and I just went online to make one for a group of 11 and it let me without any problem.

Yes, I never made it through Grand Gathering either. This year I got so excited seeing I could book for up to 14 on the computer! Just wanted to see if anyone has done it thanks!

Do infants count in the number? It's been a long while since I made a reservation with an infant, so can't recall. If it does that will put me over the 14. I like the new online option.

I am not sure, 2 year olds count towards that number b/c they ask the ages of the children in your party if you put you have 4 children, they then ask child #1 #2 #3 #4's ages, IDK if 1 or infant was listed, I know 2years was.

I made an 18 person reservation in 2009 for 2010 through the regular dining number. You can book up to 14 online now. Everyone regardless of age needs to be included in the headcount, so the restaurant can reserve the right amount of space. Even a newborn or infant must be counted (even if he/she will not eat anything).
