Stacey from what I understand is that if it truly has been 30 days+...Your resale agent should know exactly when it was submitted.

That you can start closing immediately....

Yep the tale had a sad ending. We waited 35 days to find out the disney scooped it up in 21.

But not for long. After much discussion, we called and bought into SSR this morning. So woohoo me, my children and my children's children will be able to enjoy the magic for even longer.

BUT! the waiting room remains open for all those needing a place to sit and wait. Here's the blender and the canister of popcorn. There's chocolate on order. and I preordered the Lion King for the big screen....ENJOY!
