We recently lost someone in our family. It was very sudden. Anyways, we are all dealing with it, life goes on, blah blah blah...

Well, we found out for sure that the death was due to hospital negligence.
As a family, we decided not to sue. It wouldn't bring our family member back.

But I'm still angry!!! The witch in me wants to send the doctor a card on every anniversary of our family member's death, and birthday, and Christmas, and every lost day we could celebrate. Just to remind him how his haste and not listening shattered so many lives.

Ugh, sometime life just sucks.

We still miss you everyday.

Can the negligence still be reported to your state board of health? Could this maybe then prevent this from happening again?
