we've just returned tonight from our 6 nights in Disney and we used Murry Hill for transport from orlando to CSR and then pick up at AKL. we had 9 on pick up, w/5 children. Requested van, and two carseats. There was a slight delay in arrival but someones was there to meet and greet and told us where to meet the van and that it would be on its way. It was w/ about a 10 min delay. Tony was our driver and he was GREAT. we had our grocery stop and off we went. he even helped entertain children while two of us ran in.
on pick up 4 of us left at 8 and the other 5 at 12. both times Tony was our driver, right on time, and with a smile.
my partner lost her cell phone upon arrival; we thought maybe it was lost in luggage or somewhere. Murry Hill called us at hotel and asked if we lost a phone. Yes!! they delivered it back to us on return trip.
Very pleased and would use again.
