Just upgraded to WL!!

Thanks for the pictures Dizneynuts!! They are beautiful! I am soooo excited for May 27th when we will be staying there! It is the most beautiful hotel Disney has.

We just upgraded from POR. First time in a deluxe and I can't wait!!

I believe they come down very quickly after New Years. It is still awesome, just in a different feeling.

OMG...I will be there in 1 week and can not wait! We are staying at Pop for 4 nights (ds's b day while we are there and he wants to stay there again!) and then switching to WL for 3 nights...MY 40th BDAY and that is where I WANT TO STAY! LOL

I have read and read about WL and have dined there a few times as well as toured the resort. Just wondering if anyone has any "tidbits" that might make a difference in our stay? We are planning on spending a day just at the resort to enjoy it completely...anything special we should do?

But I think it would be awesome. Ask to be the flag family. If you are selected, you get to go up to the very top to raise the flags. I have seen pictures by others who have done this and it really is a special view and you will have pictures that not everyone can acquire (so please post them if you are selected).

I am happy to share the photos and hope they are either bring back fond memories for those that have been, or enticing those that have yet to be there. We really enjoy it there and love the atmosphere it provides. The theming means so much to us. We truly believe in staying at whichever resort provides you the theme YOU really desire and believe it helps make the Magic of Disney come true. We've stayed at WL too many times to count. We really enjoy the theme, atmosphere, and location!
