Just tried calling and I got this info, doesn't sound right?

So last year a big group of us went to disney, we were able to request connecting rooms right when we booked probably about 5 months out. I am 60 days out now and called to request this, and I was told I have to wait until 10 days out to make a request?? I'm a little confused since this was not the case less than a year ago. Anyone know if this is correct??

You can always add "traveling with" and the other party's reservation number to your reservation. They need to do the same with your reservation number. But be aware, connecting rooms are never guaranteed.

How do I do this? I tried to hit change reservation and saw no options for this. I'm pretty sure this is how we did it last year. Thanks.

Just call Disney Reservation Center, give them your reservation number and ask them to add it.

You never did it online. It was always by phone. The CM you spoke to was wrong. They can take the info any time

We reserve three rooms requesting 2 connecting and 1 adjacent - and I make my reservations/room requests about a year in advance by phone - then 10 days out I call again and make sure that request is noted...so far, our luck has held out and are rooms have been together!
