Just took my phone interview.

I'm so nervous. I just took my phone interview with a really nice woman. I tried to smile as much as possible and I laughed and at the end I asked her some questions myself. Everything seemed to be fine. She just said ONE thing that concerned me. She said something along the lines of "if you don't get in this time, you can always reapply." I don't know if that was a bad sign or what....

i wouldn't take that as a bad sign, just as a simple statement. ultimately it's not up to your interviewer! they simply just write down what you said and pass the information along. if you clicked in the conversation and seemed confident in your answers that's all that matters, it's what they're looking for

Dont read to much into it, kind of sounds like they liked you or thought you did well enough to get in (if not this year then next). It could also be that the person talked to a bunch of people who were at their last chance (graduating or something).
