Just took DVC survey

I went to Disneyvacationclub.com today and was asked to take a survey. Towards the end of the survey I was asked if i went to the following web sites

DISBOARDS
Facebook
myspace
twitter
maybe a few others

I found it cool that the first on the list was DISBOARDS. Think we have influence with the threads here on Disboards? Yep I would say so.

Actually, it looks like they listed them alphabetically.

I do think that Disney monitors boards like these. Free and continuous consumer feedback...a marketers dream.

I just took that same survey. Did it seem strange that it asked questions about dvcmember.com "reservations"? Like how satisfied were you with things like: the overall reservations process, the instructions, changing or canceling reservations, the time to make a reservation, etc. ? When you can't actually do any of these things on dvcmember.com (yet????) I answered "don't know"! Have these questions been on previous surveys?

We have seen a fair amount of direct correlation between comments made here and actions taken by Disney. We are a unique group. We all are pro-Disney but the majority are vocal about things Disney does and things that happen when we are on property. And this is where we are unique, we also make suggestions about how the event happened and how it should be fixed. I have no doubt Disney floats rumors here just to see the responses and i am happy to help. As Granny said, we are a constantly available focus group made up of a very wide range of people from all over the world, where a comment can be made or an event discussed and they can receive feed back with in minutes.

Hey - let's start a thread about adding rental segways to the Kidani resort for use in the halls! (Yes, I'm just kidding! Can't you just imagine them 'parked' all over by the bus stop, store and pool? Great gobs of Fort Wilderness Déjà vu)
