Does anyone know when Disney stopped ( what year ) using Walt Disney Productions as their logo? Thanks in advance.......

Not sure when they stopped using the logo, but the name was changed from Walt Disney Productions to The Walt Disney Company in 1986.

Thanks, JamesD. I would assume that when the name changed the logo was no longer put on items made after that date. So, it would be a safe bet that anything with the Walt Disney Productions logo was made prior to and up 'til 1986. That makes it a little easier to date an item found with the WDP logo.
