The sad part is the last couple of times I have called WDW I have talked to CM's that snotty.

That was funny!

Total comedy because I've never talked to anyone so knowledgeable. I've booked last minute trips and had them suggest dining in the castle. Or trying to book Chef Mickey's for 11:00am- they tell me it's not open then- I ask what's the latest they have- they say "how about 11:10?". Can't think of any more examples off the top of my head, but I usually hang up wondering what someone who actually believes what they are saying goes through.
