Just switched to Wilderness Lodge - Need advice!

OK - just switched over to WL for our 9 night stay 2/25-3/6. I booked the courtyard view room @ $192.00 AP rate per night - is this a bad price? I know we are just about to enter high season so I thought it wasn't too bad. Anyway, I asked for a lake view - is this the right thing to ask for? I really want a beautiful view if possible - hence paying the extra for the courtyard room - but have heard sometimes the courtyard view can mean the WLV pool - which we don't want.....Please tell me if I need to ask for anything else to add on our reservation to hopefully get us a great room/view.

This is for our anniversary and my husband has always wanted to stay here, but we've always stayed at the mods - (except for the AKL), so I'm hoping to make this as nice as possible for our family.

Ask for a view of the Main Pool and Waterfall. Second choice view of the geyeser. Third choice ask for the Wst Wing.
