Thank you for posting this! I remember this ad so well even though I was just a little kid when it was on the air. It played pretty frequently where I lived (our local TV stations were from San Francisco). I was so young I didn't understand that the ad was just special effects -- I really believed it was a "flying" ride rather than cars rolling on a track. What a blast from the past!
